Bellevue Boys Water Polo
Bellevue boys water polo is a fall, non-cut sport. Water Polo is a club sport with experienced coaches who are paid by the High School. As a club sport, Water Polo relies in large part on parents or students working the clock and the desk. Funding of the Water Polo team and activities is partly covered by school district disbursements, ASB, PTSA and Water Polo parents. Players should be able to swim at least 100 yards (4 lengths of the water polo court) without stopping. The team is divided into Varsity and Junior Varsity, with most first time players starting as JV with the opportunity to advance to Varsity games once they have adequate skills.
